Andrew Dellaripa, Esq.

  • Associate

Biography

Andrew Dellaripa is a Senior Associate working on the firms most complex
matters. He is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.A. in English and then
attended law school at the Villanova Law School where he graduated with a law
degree. While in law school he wrote on to the Environmental Law Journal so
that he could continue his passion of helping people who can’t help themselves.

He began his legal career in the music industry, where the long nights and high
stakes negotiations helped mold him into the attention oriented tenacious lawyer
that he is today. He left the music industry in 2018 to return to his passion of
helping others and represent seriously injured individuals as a plaintiff’s personal
injury attorney when his father was involved in a motorcycle accident, and after
hearing the way insurance companies spoke about him throughout the ensuing
lawsuit, Andrew knew he had a new path to walk: to help people just like his
father, people getting similarly railroaded by insurance companies from all sides.

As a plaintiff personal injury lawyer, Andrew likes that he can offer both comfort
and hope to people at their lowest, all while standing up to all high-powered
insurance companies. He has been litigating for years now and uses his diverse
legal background to provide nuanced and creative solutions to complex issues
from the start of a case through to its conclusion.

While he still enjoys the NYC live music scene, he is happy to be using his
lawyer powers for the good of others. When he is not lawyering, he can be found
playing his guitar or streaming video games to his online audience, but he also
enjoys watching the NFL, MLB and English soccer.

He is admitted to the practice of law in New York.
