James W. Coscia is an associate at THE LAMBROU LAW FIRM, P.C., where he works on complex medical malpractice and personal injury matters. Those matters include car accidents, slip and fall, all kinds of medical malpractice, wrongful death, and sexual abuse matters. His competitive nature, compassion and empathy drew him to help, assist and advocate for those who have been seriously harmed or injured.
Upon successful completion of his undergraduate studies, James earned his Juris Doctorate from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law where he was a staff editor for the Drexel Law Review and served as a mentor in the school’s Leadership Fellows Mentorship Program. While in law school, he was part of the Estate Planning Pro Bono Clinic and he also performed pro bono work for the SeniorLAW Center.
Prior to joining THE LAMBROU LAW FIRM PC, James was an associate at a firm that concentrated in litigating matters in Transportation Law and Insurance Defense, including bodily injury, property damage, and no-fault litigation. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk in a boutique personal injury firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania working on medical malpractice and serious and catastrophic injury cases.
James is currently admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Association for Justice and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
